Arbor Hills Nature Preserve
- Nature reserve
- Regional draw
- Plano
Arbor Hills Nature Preserve offers a mix of prairie, woodland, and trails on Plano's western side.

Paved and unpaved routes provide different ways to explore the landscape, from an easy walk to a longer outing through the preserve. The trail photograph reflects the wooded portion of this urban natural area.
Check the city's current trail conditions before choosing an unpaved route, particularly after wet weather. Bring water, plan for the temperature, and follow signs separating walking and cycling uses. Choose a distance suited to the available daylight rather than assuming every trail forms a short loop.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
