Arlington's Great Meadows

- Lexington
Arlington’s Great Meadows protects a broad wetland and upland landscape in east Lexington.

Although owned by Arlington, the property’s physical location is in Lexington, with trails connecting visitors to a quieter natural setting near the Minuteman Bikeway.
Choose an authorized entrance and route using current land-trust and conservation information. The photograph shows an earlier meadow view rather than current water levels or every trail surface. Wet ground and seasonal conditions can affect access, so remain on designated paths and boardwalks. Respect habitat and adjoining property, and distinguish the conservation area from the nearby Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge.
