Central Park in Maple Grove combines a large lawn, perennial gardens and a playground with a walking loop around a stormwater pond.

Phenow Pavilion and the park’s memorial add stopping points to a walk through this 44-acre community space.
Enter at 12000 Central Park Way and use the paths to explore the gardens and pond loop. Fishing and swimming are prohibited in the pond and nearby lakes. The interactive fountain has finished its 2026 season; winter skating depends on the seasonal schedule and weather. Keep leashed pets on trails and out of the playground. Bus and van groups larger than 15 need a group-area reservation under the city’s field-trip rules.
