College Hill West Historic District preserves a residential neighborhood near Oregon State University in Corvallis.

Revival styles and early-twentieth-century American architectural influences give its streets a varied collection of historic houses.
The photograph shows an actual house within the district. Use the National Register map for an exterior architecture walk, distinguishing residential sidewalks from private yards and university property. Houses remain occupied, and historic designation grants no access to gardens, porches or interiors. Campus facilities have separate visitor arrangements. Respect residents’ privacy, keep driveways clear and arrange any announced local-history tour independently.
