Coyote Hills Regional Park brings low hills and bay-edge wetlands together in Fremont.

Trails offer changing views across San Francisco Bay, while marsh habitat supports birdwatching and opportunities to learn about the area's natural and cultural history. Its open landscape makes even a modest walk feel different from the surrounding city.
Use the current district trail map and closure notices to choose a route suited to your time and ability. Bring water and layers for sun and bay winds, and stay on marked paths around wetland habitat. Check visitor-center programs separately if you want interpretation beyond a self-guided walk.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
