Crystal Lake Park spreads across a large recreation landscape on Urbana’s northern side, combining water, mature trees and several activity areas.

Its lake-side walks and adjoining natural spaces make it suitable for a short outdoor stop or a longer family visit.
Choose an entrance with the park district’s map and check seasonal access to boating, restrooms and aquatic facilities. The grounds extend beyond one building or activity area, so those services should be planned separately. The photograph shows a calm lake view; water activities and conditions depend on the season.
