El Camino Park is a longstanding recreation ground at the northern entrance to Palo Alto.

Sports fields and mature trees reflect a public park history dating to the early twentieth century on land leased from Stanford.
The photograph shows the grounds before current work. Soccer-field turf replacement began in September 2026, closing the field and part of the adjacent parking lot, with reopening anticipated in November. Check the city’s current notice before planning a game or relying on parking. Other activities depend on posted access and reservations; confirm facilities and accessibility in advance.
