Fairfield Museum and History Center explores the town’s past through exhibitions, collections and public programs beside the historic Town Green.

Its setting makes it easy to connect objects and stories inside the museum with the surrounding streets and buildings of Fairfield’s civic center.
Use the current exhibition and program listings to decide whether to book a talk, workshop or guided activity as part of the visit. Special events can have separate arrangements from general museum admission. The exterior photograph shows the museum building; the subjects and objects on display change over time.
