March Field Air Museum explores aviation beside March Air Reserve Base, near Riverside and Moreno Valley.

Its collection brings together aircraft from different periods of flight, with indoor interpretation and a large outdoor display area. The photograph shows an SR-71 Blackbird on display at the museum.
Allow time for both the hangar exhibits and the outdoor aircraft, and check the museum's current admission and opening schedule. Use the museum's own public entrance on Van Buren Boulevard; visiting the collection is a separate activity from entering the neighboring military base.
