Preservation Park brings a group of restored historic buildings into a landscaped Oakland setting.

Some houses stand on their original sites, while others were moved to preserve them from demolition. Their arrangement suggests an earlier neighborhood, with offices and event uses keeping the buildings active.
Plan an exterior visit during permitted public access and check event restrictions before arriving. The buildings are occupied premises rather than a collection of freely open museum interiors. Stay on public routes, respect office activity and private functions, and arrange any meeting or venue visit through the operator.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
