Riis Park combines a designed historic landscape with extensive neighborhood recreation in Chicago.

A lagoon, mature planting and open meadow areas sit alongside courts, play facilities and a fieldhouse serving the Belmont Cragin community.
The photograph shows the fieldhouse during an earlier visit. Indoor rooms, classes and sports programs have separate registration and opening arrangements from the outdoor park. Swimming and water-play facilities operate seasonally and should be checked individually. Use the current Park District information for the activity you want, respect scheduled events and confirm accessible entrances, court availability and group reservations before travelling.
