Spokane's Riverfront Park places paths, attractions, and public spaces along the Spokane River in the setting of the former Expo '74 grounds.

Spokane’s Riverfront Park places paths, attractions and public spaces along the river on the former Expo ’74 grounds. The landscape connects the city center with river views and surviving fair-era landmarks.
The hand-carved Looff Carrousel adds an older layer of local history: it began operating at Natatorium Park in 1909 before becoming part of Riverfront Park. The carousel is an operated attraction within a larger public park, with its own tickets and schedule. Bridges, paths and gathering spaces support visits that do not depend on taking a ride.
