Rockburn Branch Park offers a large recreation landscape in the Ilchester and Elkridge area.
Trails, open grounds and developed activity spaces allow an outing to focus on either a walk or an organized sport.
Choose the east or west approach using current Howard County information; facilities are spread across the park rather than gathered at one entrance. The photograph shows an earlier tree-lined path, not every current facility. Reservations and organized activities follow separate arrangements from ordinary trail access. Check current notices and use designated routes around fields, wooded areas and neighboring property.
