Sunny Cove County Beach provides a small coastal access point in the Twin Lakes area of Santa Cruz County.

Its sheltered-looking curve of sand sits below neighborhood streets and opens toward Monterey Bay.
The photograph shows an earlier view across the cove. Ocean conditions remain variable even in a compact beach setting, so check surf and tides before approaching the water. Parking is limited to surrounding streets, and portable restroom availability is seasonal. Respect homes beside the access routes, avoid unstable bluff edges and confirm the path and ground conditions suitable for your group.
