Asilomar State Beach
- Protected dune coast
- Regional draw
- Pacific Grove
Asilomar State Beach in Pacific Grove follows a rocky and sandy stretch of the Monterey Peninsula.

Coastal paths and protected dunes provide opportunities to observe a shoreline where plants, birds and ocean exposure shape the visitor experience.
Check current California State Parks access notices before traveling. The photograph shows the coastal landscape. Use designated trails and boardwalks to protect fragile dune habitat, and keep clear of surf on exposed rocks. Conference-center interiors and accommodations have separate arrangements; a public beach visit does not include unrestricted access to all neighboring buildings.
