Bayard Cutting Arboretum preserves a landscaped estate on the Connetquot River in Great River.

Woodland paths, lawns and specimen trees provide a horticultural outing whose appearance changes with the seasons.
Check current opening, vehicle access and any house-tour or program arrangements before arrival. A grounds visit does not imply unrestricted access to the historic house. The photograph shows an earlier garden landscape rather than current flowering conditions. Follow the arboretum’s restrictions on pets, picnics and recreation so the estate remains a place for quiet walking and plant appreciation.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
