- West Bay Shore
Sagtikos Manor preserves a historic estate in West Bay Shore, with a house, gardens and grounds reflecting several periods of Long Island history.

Its interpretation connects the property with the Thompson-Gardiner family and earlier visitors to the manor.
Grounds access and house tours follow different arrangements. Interior tours normally operate during the summer, while other programs appear on the historical society’s current calendar. Check availability before traveling for a particular room or event. The photograph shows the manor exterior from the driveway rather than a tour operating today. Respect closed building areas and confirm organized group visits separately.
