Casa de la Guerra interprets a historic adobe residence in downtown Santa Barbara.

Furnished rooms and exhibitions explore the de la Guerra family and the contributions of the predominantly Chumash workers who built and sustained the household.
The photograph shows the preserved courtyard and building during an earlier visit. Check current museum opening and admission before arriving on East De la Guerra Street. A ticket may also include the nearby Presidio, but the two destinations have separate entrances and visiting arrangements. Guided groups and special programs require advance confirmation. Respect the historic rooms and ask the operator about accessibility before travelling.
