Centennial Beach transforms a former quarry setting into a distinctive public swimming destination beside Naperville's Riverwalk.

A sand beach and graded water access give the aquatic facility a different character from a conventional pool. Its seasonal operation makes it primarily a warm-weather addition to a downtown visit.
The regular swimming season has ended for 2026, so plan a future swim around the park district's published seasonal schedule. Check admission, swimming requirements, and lifeguard arrangements before returning. Use designated swimming areas and follow the facility's safety rules rather than treating the quarry as unrestricted open water.
