Naper Settlement explores Naperville's history through preserved buildings, exhibitions, and an outdoor museum landscape.

Domestic, community, and working spaces connect local stories with broader changes in American life. The Martin-Mitchell Mansion shown in the photograph is one significant part of the site.
Enter through the Birck Family Innovation Gateway and check the current seasonal building-access schedule before arriving. The museum is closed on October 23, 2026, and interior access becomes more limited from November through April. Confirm timed mansion tours, special programs, and exhibition availability separately from general admission.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
