- Depoe Bay
Otter Crest State Scenic Viewpoint overlooks a rugged stretch of the central Oregon coast south of Depoe Bay.

The elevated setting provides broad ocean views, with the historic lookout building adding a human landmark to the headland.
Check current access and the lookout building’s separate seasonal hours before visiting. Weather can limit visibility, and cliff edges require care even when the ocean appears calm. The photograph shows the coastline from the viewpoint rather than a guaranteed wildlife sighting or unrestricted entry into the building.
