Mayo Clinic places Saint Marys Campus at 1216 Second Street SW, about ten blocks west of downtown Rochester. Folwell’s mapped association area includes the hospital and residential streets to its south. Saint Marys and Mayo’s downtown campus are separate destinations; homes along the Second Street edge are near Saint Marys, rather than the downtown medical buildings.

The Berkman, at 217 14th Avenue SW, lists layouts from micro and studio apartments through three-bedroom homes, including some with dens. The operator lists full-size in-home laundry, with walk-in closets and patios or balconies limited to selected homes. Its current fee table says utilities are not included in rent: cable and internet are listed at $85 per unit monthly, and the utility billing administration fee at $5.12, alongside variable water, sewer, gas and trash charges.
Garage parking is a separate monthly option, with pricing varying by space type. Storage is also optional, with listed monthly choices at $75 and $125. The property FAQ gives a standard lease range of nine to eighteen months, subject to availability, and links a separate short-stay service.
City buses near the Saint Marys end of the neighborhood
RPT lists a Saint Marys timepoint at 16th Avenue SW and First Street SW, north of Second Street. As of October 25, its service alert says that stop is closed through October 31, 2026, with alternative stops at Second Street SW and 13th Avenue SW. Route 408 links the Saint Marys area with Central Park downtown and stops around 36th and 49th Avenues NW; scheduled weekday service is every 30 minutes at peak times and hourly off peak. Route 23 has separate evening, weekend and holiday tables serving the Saint Marys area and Apache Mall.

Mayo’s current construction-routing page directs Saint Marys patients from US 52 east along Second Street SW, then south on 14th Avenue SW. The Mary Brigh underground ramp is reached from 14th Avenue; Generose parking uses a left turn onto Peace Garden Drive. The page distinguishes these parking destinations from the Emergency Department lot and provides separate valet and drop-off directions.
