Apartment formats at Corn Hill Landing
Corn Hill Landing is at 290 Exchange Boulevard along the riverfront, east of the neighborhood’s historic residential streets. Its published floor plans range from studios to four-bedroom homes and include both single-level apartments and two-story lofts. A loft layout can therefore mean stairs within the home.
The property lists off-street parking, reserved underground spaces, fitness facilities and package lockers. In-home washers and dryers, balconies and patios are selected-unit features; the property also has on-site laundry. Local historic controls for alterations
Corn Hill is one of Rochester’s local preservation districts. The city’s Preservation Board reviews Certificates of Appropriateness for alterations to designated landmarks and properties within these districts. The riverfront trail and Route 15
The city’s completed West River Wall project added a pedestrian and bicycle trail beside Exchange Boulevard, with connections to the existing riverfront network. Its published construction schedule records completion in summer 2022.
RTS Route 15 Plymouth lists Corn Hill, the downtown Transit Center, Genesee Valley Park and URMC/Strong among its destinations. The current linked timetable gives 30-minute weekday service from 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and hourly service at other operating times; weekend schedules are separate.
Groceries across the river in South Wedge
Abundance Food Co-op at 571 South Avenue is an east-bank grocery option in South Wedge. It welcomes non-owners and lists daily hours of 8 a.m.–9 p.m. The shop’s parking entrances are on Hamilton Street and Averill Avenue; store questions go to 585-454-2667.
