- Duluth
Enger Tower rises above Duluth in Enger Park, providing a stone-built landmark on the hillside overlooking the harbor.

The tower and surrounding park give visitors a different perspective on the city’s relationship with Lake Superior and the St. Louis River.
Check the city’s current park information for tower access and seasonal arrangements before planning a climb. Views depend on visibility, and reaching upper levels involves stairs. Allow time for the surrounding gardens and park paths as well as the tower itself, and dress for exposed conditions if you are visiting mainly for the panorama.
Visitor details reviewed October 18, 2026. Check official visitor information for current access, admission, and operating arrangements. View on OpenStreetMap.
