Wisconsin Point Lighthouse
- Landmark
- Regional draw
- Superior
Wisconsin Point Lighthouse marks the Superior entry to the harbor, standing beyond the beaches and natural landscape of Wisconsin Point.

Its compact white tower and exposed setting make it a distinctive maritime landmark at the meeting of Lake Superior and the working harbor.
Use the city’s Wisconsin Point information for designated parking and permitted access routes. This is primarily an exterior-viewing destination; do not assume access inside the tower. Waves, ice and weather can make exposed shoreline and breakwater areas unsuitable for walking. The photograph shows the lighthouse close up rather than a guaranteed public approach.
