Marblehead Neck Wildlife Sanctuary offers a compact area of woodland and wetland habitat within the coastal community.

Short trails make it useful for a quiet nature walk, with migration and seasonal changes adding interest for visitors watching birds and plants.
Follow Mass Audubon’s current trail and property guidelines, including restrictions on pets and activities that disturb wildlife. The photograph shows an autumn wetland scene within the sanctuary; it does not promise particular bird sightings or the same foliage on every visit. Keep to established routes around sensitive habitat.
