Millbrae Train Museum occupies the historic Southern Pacific depot beside the modern transport hub.

The preserved station and railway displays offer a small-scale introduction to the role of rail travel in the peninsula’s development.
Confirm the historical society’s current museum opening arrangements before expecting to enter. Historic displays and any railcar access have their own schedules, separate from Caltrain and BART service. The photograph shows the depot exterior rather than a current passenger station entrance or permission to explore active railway tracks.
