About Springwells
Springwells includes Dearborn’s Springwells Park residential community, with apartments on Middlebury Drive, curving streets and shared green spaces near Greenfield and Rotunda.
Springwells in Dearborn and the Springwells Park community
Springwells Park’s residential streets sit near Greenfield Road and Rotunda Drive. The City lists its neighborhood association between Greenfield, Rotunda, Longmeadow and Eastham. That association area is smaller than the wider Springwells area covered here. The association owns park areas and sidewalk easements and serves both homeowners and renters.
Apartments and townhomes on Middlebury Drive
Springwells Park Apartments lists its office at 15630 Middlebury Drive. The operator publishes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor-plan categories and describes apartments and townhomes with private-entry access and onsite laundry. It also advertises a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and EV charging stations. These are the rental community’s amenities, rather than city recreation facilities.
The property’s contact is 313-996-5240 or [email protected]. Its published office hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.; the office is closed Sunday. The operator’s floor-plan page provides the layouts separately from its availability search.
Exterior changes have an association review process
For homes subject to Springwells Park’s deed restrictions, the association publishes a Property Improvement Application and a review process for exterior repairs, additions and new construction. Its excerpts address architectural style, windows, roof materials, paint schemes and fences. The association describes its written approval and a City of Dearborn building permit as separate requirements. The association links the application directly from its restrictions page.
Shared green spaces come with maintenance responsibilities
The Springwells Park Association holds title to its parkways and access easements. Its published rules assign routine work such as grass cutting, leaf disposal and snow removal on paved paths to residents, normally those adjoining the paths. The rules also keep access routes open and prohibit fences, play sets and other permanent private additions in the parkways. These shared green areas are distinct from a home’s own yard.
Route 10 connections are at Michigan and Greenfield
DDOT’s Greenfield route connects Dearborn’s Fairlane Town Center with Providence Hospital in Southfield. The published stop list includes Michigan & Greenfield, stop 600, southbound, and Greenfield & Michigan, stop 372, northbound. For a home on Middlebury Drive or one of the residential lanes, these are connection points on Michigan Avenue rather than stops within the cul-de-sacs. The current route page covers service dates September 7, 2026–February 7, 2027.
